Section 5 AAC 38.390 - Cook Inlet Area Miscellaneous Shellfish Fisheries Management Plan

The commercial fisheries for miscellaneous shellfish species, except for mussels in the Southern District, and clams, scallops, and octopus, are closed until the board has adopted by regulations a management plan regarding a specific miscellaneous shellfish species.
