Section 5 AAC 38.220 - Fishing seasons for scallops in Registration Area E

In Scallop Registration Area E, weathervane scallops may be taken only in the Eastern Section of the Outside District from July 1 through February 15, unless the season is closed by emergency order.

At its March 14 - 28, 1994 meeting, and in accordance with 5 AAC 39.210, the Board of Fisheries reviewed the commissioner of fish and game's amendment of 5 AAC 38.220, which took effect 6/27/93, and, additionally, amended that regulation effective 7/23/94, Register 131.
