Section 5 AAC 31.506 - Area J registration(a) Registration Area J is a nonexclusive registration area.(b) A vessel validly registered to fish for shrimp with trawl gear in Registration Area J may fish for shrimp with trawl gear in Registration Area G without registering for that registration area.(c) In Registration Area J, a vessel owner, or the owner's agent, shall register the vessel for the district in which the vessel will fish. A shrimp fishing vessel may not be registered to take shrimp in more than one district at a time.
