Section 5 AAC 02.106 - Limitations on participation in subsistence shellfish fisheries; nonsubsistence areas

In the Southeastern Alaska-Yakutat Area, shellfish may not be taken for subsistence purposes in the Ketchikan Nonsubsistence Area and the Juneau Nonsubsistence Area described in 5 AAC 99.015.
