Section 5 AAC 01.300 - Description of Bristol Bay Area

The Bristol Bay Area consists of all waters of Bristol Bay including drainages enclosed by a line from Cape Newenham at 58º 38.88' N. lat., 162º 10.51' W. long. to Cape Menshikof at 57º 28.34' N. lat., 157º 55.84' W. long.

At its February 23 - 27, 1993 meeting, the Board of Fisheries readopted 5 AAC 01.300 in its entirety without change, under ch. 1, SSSLA 1992 (the 1992 subsistence law), which repealed and reenacted AS 16.05.258.
