Section 5 AAC 01.545 - Subsistence bag and possession limits(a) The daily bag limit for halibut is two fish and the possession limit is four fish. A person may not take or possess halibut under sport fishing regulations and under this section on the same day.(b) The daily bag limit for lingcod is two fish and the possession limit is four fish. A person may not take or possess lingcod under sport fishing regulations and under this section on the same day.(c) The daily bag limit for rockfish is 10 fish and the possession limits is 20 fish. A person may not take or possess rockfish under sport fishing regulations and under this section on the same day.In effect before 1988; am 5/23/88, Register 106; readopt 5/13/93, Register 126; am 7/21/99, Register 151At its January 5 - 11, 1993 meeting, the Board of Fisheries readopted 5 AAC 01.545 in its entirety without change, under ch. 1, SSSLA 1992 (the 1992 subsistence law), which repealed and reenacted AS 16.05.258.
