Section 4 AAC 33.600 - Purpose

The purpose of 4 AAC 33.600 - 4 AAC 33.690 is to establish a process of determining eligibility for and distribution of payments under AS 14.03.127 (funding for Internet services), subject to the availability of appropriations.
