Eff. 8/8/91, Register 119; am 6/9/95, Register 134; repealed 7/1/96

By the terms of 4 AAC 12.062(f), which took effect 8/8/91, Register 119, 4 AAC 12.062 was self-repealed on July 1, 1996, but the section continued to appear in print in the AAC until Register 158, July 2001, when the repeal notation for the section was first published.
