Section 3 AAC 54.030 - Eligible matching money(a) Matching money provided by the recipient may include fees, contributions, donations, gifts of money, and special user charges. Unless otherwise agreed to by the division, grants may only be applied to costs of a recipient that are incurred during the grant period.(b) An in-kind contribution may be used for the matching money unless the in-kind contribution is used for a convention and incentive travel project.
