Section 3 AAC 53.250 - Wholesale service and rates

(a) A local exchange carrier shall offer all its services for resale to other carriers consistent with 47 U.S.C. 251 and 252 (Telecommunications Act of 1996).

(b) Repealed 9/16/2005.
