Section 3 AAC 52.810 - Notice(a) Initial and revised surcharge tariff filings are subject to 3 AAC 48.220, 3 AAC 48.270(a)(6). and 3 AAC 48.280. (b) The utility shall notify customers by bill insert, or other method specified in the approved surcharge tariff, before filing periodic updates of a surcharge rate.
