After issuing an order finding an application to be complete, the commission may require that the applicant provide supplemental or clarifying information that the commission determines is necessary for the commission to reach a decision in the application. The commission will request the applicant furnish the information by a specified date. If the applicant fails to respond on or before the specified date, the commission will proceed with the application as filed.
