Section 3 AAC 48.250 - Tariff on file for public inspection(a) Each utility or pipeline carrier shall maintain in its tariff a list of the locations at which it keeps a copy of its paper tariff available for public inspection and, if applicable, the Internet address of its electronic tariff.(b) A utility or pipeline carrier may not refuse to permit anyone to inspect any of its effective tariffs during regular business hours.
