Section 3 AAC 48.188 - Deliberations on adjudicatory matters conducted in a public forum

The commission will, in its discretion, conduct deliberations on adjudicatory matters in public. Deliberations on adjudicatory matters conducted in public are not subject to the provisions of 3 AAC 48.180 - 3 AAC 48.187.
