Effective 9/22/84, Register 91, under the authority of AS 44.62.125(b)(6) and AS 01.05.031(b)(11), the regulations attorney has deleted 3 AAC 37.010 - 3 AAC 37.990 in recognition of the transfer in secs. 2 and 10, ch. 79, SLA 1983, of the authority for energy conservation programs from the Department of Commerce and Economic Development to the Department of Community and Regional Affairs. For regulations dealing with energy conservation programs, see 19 AAC 69.
