Section 3 AAC 30.300 - Applicability

Except for an excess workers' compensation policy issued to an employer who holds a self-insurance certificate under AS 23.30.090, 3 AAC 30.300 - 3 AAC 30.349 apply to a workers' compensation policy issued to an employer in this state.
