Section 3 AAC 29.510 - Standards for informational rate filingsAn informational rate filing must
(1) include the proposed effective date of the filing;(2) meet the rate standards of AS 21.39.030 and other applicable rate requirements of AS 21;(3) include a statement indicating whether the same rate structure has been filed for approval to be used with policyholders who do not qualify as exempt commercial policyholders under 3 AAC 29.545;(4) meet the filing requirements of 3 AAC 31.205 - 3 AAC 31.217 and 3 AAC 31.225; and(5) include a statement that the filing is for policyholders who qualify as commercial policyholders under 3 AAC 29.545.Eff. 6/11/2005, Register 174; am 11/12/2006, Register 180; am 12/20/2020, Register 236, January 2021 Authority:AS 21.06.090
