Section 3 AAC 29.500 - Applicability

The provisions of 3 AAC 29.500 - 3 AAC 29.550 apply to rate and form filings providing commercial insurance coverage as defined in AS 21.12.130 for exempt commercial policyholders as defined in 3 AAC 29.545.
