Section 3 AAC 28.397 - Renewal date

Unless otherwise specifically stated in a policy of insurance, the renewal date of a consumer credit insurance group policy is the policy anniversary date. A certificate of insurance issued under a group policy must have a renewal date consistent with the group policy.
