Section 3 AAC 28.328 - Multiple consumer credit insurance benefits issued as a package

If multiple consumer credit insurance benefits are issued only as a package and not separately, and if a benefit is exhausted, the insurer shall reduce the premium rate by removing any charges for the exhausted benefits.
