Section 3 AAC 305.385 - Inventory resale permits

An inventory resale permit authorizes the sale of a business's remaining inventory of alcoholic beverages when the owner of the business no longer has a valid license under AS 04 and as set out in AS 04.09.680. An inventory resale permit sought by a non-licensee shall be brought to the board for approval.
