Section 3 AAC 305.030 - Issuance of license and endorsement

The director will issue an appropriate license or endorsement on

(1) approval of an application for a new license, a new license with one or more endorsements, a renewal or transfer of an existing license, a renewal or transfer of an existing license with one or more endorsements, or an application for an endorsement;

(2) receipt by the board of necessary public health and public safety approvals; and

(3) completion of any inspection considered necessary by the director.
