Section 3 AAC 198.070 - Preliminary proposal review

The department will conduct a preliminary proposal review of an application to ensure the applicant meets the requirements of 3 AAC 198.060. At any time during the preliminary proposal review, the department may request additional information if the department considers the information necessary to complete the review of application.
