Section 3 AAC 196.070 - Proposal review committee

The department will assemble a proposal review committee. The department will offer a seat on the proposal review committee to, at a minimum, representatives from the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, the Department of Environmental Conservation, the Department of Fish and Game, and the Department of Natural Resources.
