Section 3 AAC 196.020 - Eligible entitiesThe following entities are eligible to submit a proposal under this chapter:
(1) a local government within the meaning given in 43 C.F.R. 12.43 ;(2) an incorporated nonprofit entity with articles of incorporation and a certificate of incorporation or authority in good standing under AS 10.20;(3) a postsecondary educational institution;(5) an Alaska Native tribe that is recognized by the United States Secretary of the Interior to exist as Indian tribe under 25 U.S.C. 479 a (Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act of 1994).Eff. 3/7/2010, Register 193; am 3/14/2012, Register 201
