Section 3 AAC 168.120 - Amendments

Amendments under this chapter fall into the following two categories:

(1) the division will, in its discretion, amend the state plan in accordance with the procedure outlined in sec. XI(C)(1) of the state plan;

(2) the grantee may amend a local program in accordance with the procedure outlined in sec. XI(C)(2) of the state plan.
