Section 3 AAC 157.990 - Definitions(a) In this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, (1) "business" has the meaning given in AS 43.70.110;(2) "commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development;(3) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development;(4) "municipality" has the meaning given in AS 29.71.800;(5) "regional development organization" has the meaning given in AS 44.33.895(e).(b) In 3 AAC 157.910 - 3 AAC 157.990, "grant" means a grant applied for or awarded under 3 AAC 157.010 - 3 AAC 157.095 or 3 AAC 157.110 - 3 AAC 157.195.Eff. 9/16/2010, Register 195; am 11/28/2010, Register 196
