Section 3 AAC 157.430 - Eligible grant proposals(a) To be eligible for a grant, a proposed project must fall within one of the following categories:(1) support for coho or chinook salmon hatchery operations at existing facilities within the districts established under 5 AAC 33.200(a) - (h);(2) the development or addition of remote release sites of hatchery fish in waters inside the winter boundary line established under 5 AAC 29.020(b).(b) An eligible entity may apply for a minimum of $15,000 in grant money.(c) An eligible entity may apply for a maximum of $200,000 in grant money.(d) The total amount of money allocated for projects in the category set out in (a)(1) of this section is $200,000.(e) The total amount of money allocated for projects in the category set out in (a)(2) of this section is $300,000.Eff. 3/8/2013, Register 205
