Section 3 AAC 157.220 - Eligible entitiesThe following individuals are eligible to submit an application under 3 AAC 157.210 - 3 AAC 157.295:
(1) a holder of an active salmon hand troll permit in 2009;(2) a holder of an active salmon power troll permit in 2009;(3) an individual who fished in 2009 under a legal transfer of an active 2009 salmon(A) hand troll permit; or(4) the personal representative or executor of the estate of a holder of an active 2009 salmon(A) hand troll permit; or(5) an individual who is eligible under (1) - (4) of this section and who has not received a direct distribution for the 2009 salmon season before March 8, 2013.Eff. 1/15/2011, Register 197; am 3/8/2013, Register 205
