Section 3 AAC 150.070 - Submission of applications(a) Application must be made on forms provided by the department. The forms will be such that they may be easily filled out by small communities without technical staff. The department will, upon request, provide assistance to applicants to the extent possible based upon the availability of financial and human resources.(b) In a year when NPR-A impact assistance money is available under AS 37.05.530, a grant application for impact assistance under (a) of this section must be postmarked no later than November 15 of that year.
