Section 3 AAC 134.070 - Alternative allocation method within areas(a) If all eligible applicants within an area for which the total apportionment under 3 AAC 134.050(a) and (c) together is equal to or greater than the long-form threshold value agree in writing, the department will, in its discretion, allow those applicants to use an allocation method within that area other than the method provided for under 3 AAC 134.060(a).
