Section 3 AAC 110.610 - Legislative review(a) The commission may determine during the course of proceedings that a legislative review petition must be amended and considered as a local action or local option petition if the commission determines that the balanced best interests of the locality and the state are enhanced by local participation.(b) If a decision of the commission requires legislative review, the commission will present a recommendation for the decision to the legislature during the first 10 days of a regular session in accordance with art.
