Section 3 AAC 108.500 - Purpose

Subject to the availability of appropriations, the authority may provide financial assistance under 3 AAC 108.500 - 3 AAC 108.590 (commercial building energy audit program) to reimburse the owners of commercial buildings in the state for the cost of energy audits of their commercial buildings.
