Section 3 AAC 108.100 - Bulk fuel storage facility and power system upgrade assistance provided by the authority

Subject to the availability of appropriations, the authority may provide financial assistance and technical assistance, including construction management and training, to recipients eligible for bulk fuel storage facility and power system upgrade assistance.
