Section 3 AAC 99.785 - Appeals

A financial institution that submits an application for guarantee of a loan that is not approved by the authority may appeal that decision to the board by filing a written notice of appeal with the authority no later than 10 working days after the financial institution is notified that the guarantee application has been disapproved. The board will issue its decision on the appeal within 45 working days. When deciding the financial institution's appeal, the board will consider only the guarantee application documents filed by the financial institution on or before the date of the authority's decision with respect to the application. The decision of the board on the appeal is final.
