Section 3 AAC 99.540 - Financing

Before issuing bonds for a development project, the authority will enter into an agreement with any partners, joint venturers, or users of the facility to be constructed, providing for adequate guarantee of revenues to repay any indebtedness incurred by the authority for the project.
