Section 3 AAC 100.140 - Preferences

Unless otherwise prohibited by law or by requirements of the entity funding the transaction, the authority will incorporate the preference required under AS 36.30.015(f) in a competitive sealed bid or competitive sealed proposal in which price is an evaluation factor.
