Section 3 AAC 80.150 - Recommended and final decisions(a) Upon conclusion of the hearing, the hearing officer shall prepare a proposed decision in writing, setting out findings of fact and conclusions of law.(b) The commissioner may accept or reject the written recommendation of the hearing officer in its entirety or in part.
