Section 3 AAC 80.120 - Notice of hearing, location, and time(a) Hearings will be held in Anchorage, Fairbanks, or Juneau, which ever is closest to the debtor's place of residence If the debtor resides outside Alaska, the hearing will be held in Juneau.(b) If all parties agree, or upon order of the hearing officer, the hearing may be scheduled in a different location than those listed in (a) of this section.(c) If, because of the distance involved or for other substantial reasons, it is impractical for the debtor to appear at the place of hearing, the hearing officer may schedule and conduct a telephonic hearing.(d) The hearing officer shall notify the department and the debtor in writing of the time and place of hearing at least 30 days before the hearing date.Eff. 11/2/84, Register 92Authority:AS 16.10.335
