In light of the November 6, 1984, voter approval of Initiative No. 83-02, abolishing the Alaska Transportation Commission (ATC), the regulations attorney has, under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), deleted the ATC's regulations, 3 AAC 60 - 3 AAC 70 and 3 AAC 76, from the Alaska Administrative Code as of Register 99 (October 1986)
