Section 3 AAC 14.160 - Application and registration fees(a) When a depository institution applies for registration under AS 06.60.014, the depository institution shall pay to the department through the registry (1) an application fee of $500 in partial payment of investigative expenses incurred by the department; and (2) an annual registration fee of $1,000 for the period that expires on December 31 after the date the registration is issued. (b) Fees under this section are nonrefundable.
