Section 3 AAC 11.700 - Late filing civil penalty.

When the department conducts an investigation or examination under AS 06.50.330, the applicant shall pay the fees and actual expenses of required travel, including transportation, lodging, and per diem expense not to exceed the per diem allowance for employees of the state under AS 39.20.110.
