Section 3 AAC 08.325 - Prohibition of certain solicitationsA person may not solicit
(1) an undated or postdated proxy;(2) a proxy which provides that it is dated after the date on which it is signed by the shareholder;(3) a proxy which fails to disclose the shareholders' meeting, or any adjournment of that shareholders' meeting, for which it is solicited;(4) a proxy which confers authority to vote at more than one shareholders' meeting or any adjournment of that shareholders' meeting; or(5) a proxy which authorizes a vote at any shareholders' meeting other than the one disclosed.Authority:AS 45.55.138
