Section 3 AAC 03.210 - Membership(a) A credit union's field of membership must be limited to a group or groups of persons having a common bond, affinity, unifying factor or characteristic which links them together and distinguishes them from the general public.(b) A credit union may serve diverse groups which possess the characteristics identified in (a) of this section within each group.(c) Persons may be members of more than one credit union.(d) A group may wish to spin off from an established credit union and form its own credit union under 3 AAC 03.340.Eff. 1/21/81, Register 77Authority:AS 06.45.010
