Section 22 AAC 20.180 - Action following request for reconsideration(a) A request for reconsideration will be considered by a quorum of the board. The decision will be based upon the case file material available. The board will not interview the applicant.(b) If the board grants a request for reconsideration, the board will make a decision based on the material contained in the case file or conduct a new hearing at the next regularly scheduled board hearing at the facility where the prisoner is incarcerated, unless the board specifies another date.(c) The board will rule on a request for reconsideration within 60 days after receipt of the request.Eff. 1/30/91, Register 117; am 3/29/2003, Register 165; am 8/28/2015, Register 215, October 2015Authority:AS 33.16.060
