Section 22 AAC 20.075 - Eligibility after revocation of probation

If a prisoner has a term of imprisonment imposed after revocation of probation, parole eligibility is computed on the composite period of imprisonment which includes the period of imprisonment imposed before the revocation as well as any period of imprisonment imposed upon revocation.
