Section 22 AAC 05.352 - Restitution center consideration(a) To be eligible for consideration for placement at a restitution center under 22 AAC 05.350, the prisoner must (1) be classified at either the minimum or community custody level;(2) meet the criteria set out in AS 33.30.161;(3) not be an escape risk;(4) agree to remain at the center at all times except while at work or a community service project, while traveling to or from work or a community service project or an approved job interview, or during an approved emergency absence or furlough; and(5) acknowledge an understanding of 22 AAC 05.355.(b) A prisoner placed in a restitution center who is classified minimum custody may not be permitted in the community unless under constant supervision.Eff. 1/9/87, Register 101Authority:AS 33.30.011
