Section 22 AAC 05.100 - Work programs(a) Prisoners may engage in facility and non-facility work projects approved by the commissioner. Prisoners will be productively employed as defined in AS 33.30.191 for as many hours each day as feasible, not to exceed 40 hours per week unless approved by the commissioner.
