Section 20 AAC 40.620 - Contributions to the trust

(a) Unless otherwise specifically provided in the document or instrument providing for a contribution to the trust, the authority will determine the appropriate account in which to deposit the contribution.

(b) The authority may decline to accept any contribution to the trust.

(c) In this section, "contribution" includes gifts and bequests
