Section 20 AAC 30.817 - Limitations

The recipient of an arts education incentive grant may not use the grant proceeds

(1) to pay a presenting fee for a performance;

(2) as replacement funds for current programming or teacher salaries;

(3) to pay for any portion of an artists in school residency; or

(4) to purchase permanent equipment.
